Friends and I made two trips to these destinations in the past two months. The first was for our annual MLK weekend (Cody) followed by a few days in Hyalite Canyon. Then another, longer trip in February to the same destinations. We found excellent climbing conditions both times, though on the February visit to Hyalite Canyon we avoided some areas due to recent snow which raised the avalanche hazard.
It’s tricky taking photos when you’re climbing as a party of two but I was able to take a few, seen below.
