Dave has written two guidebooks to the Colorado Mountains.
“Colorado Scrambles – Climbs Beyond the Beaten Path” – CMC Press – Second Edition
“Colorado Snow Climbs – A Guide for All Seasons” – CMC Press
Both books are available at many Outdoor stores and at on-line sites (such as Amazon).
Travel
Dave authored the “Trail Mix” column in the Travel Section of the Denver Post for a number of years. These articles covered outdoor activities in Colorado, including Hiking, Mountaineering, Rock and Ice Climbing, Cross-country Skiing and Snowshoeing.
Dave has also traveled and climbed across the US and other international destinations.
